Virtual Training

Since Covid hit, virtual training has been in high demand.  With very little equipment necessary to get a good workout in,  why not give it a try from the comfort of your own home.   Most clients have multiple pieces of tubing which you can anchor on the door.  Add in some body weight exercises, isometrics and a ball and you’re good to go!  Please contact for more information.
